2 and only 2. You want more than that and you will either need another card or one of the AMD HD 5xxx or 6xxx cards that do support up to 3 monitors. Assuming your card is one of these,

you can use 1 on the DVI port, with the other on either the VGA or HDMI port. As far as the VGA and HDMI ports go, pretty sure that it will only work with one or the other and not both.
