PCI Latency, how?

Hello folks,
I use Flight Simulator X and I'm experiencing awful sound pops at the loop of the sound, and I've figured out why I believe. PCI latency is too high so the card isn't being released fast enough to be used again. Great. Problem is, I can't find out how to lower the latency. I've tried the PCI latency tool, it's not compatible with Windows 7. I've looked around my BIOS as well. I can't find it, but I NEED to change it, even if I have to write a .bat file to do it (computer geek joke). Thanks for the help in advance.

BTW my BIOS is v08.00.15
