Multiple monitors & video cards, how to duplicate displays?

I am running Windows 7 Professional, x64. I have two graphics cards installed, a Radeon 5770 with 2 DVI out and 1 HDMI out, and a Radeon 4850 with 2 DVI out.

I primarially use the computer as a HTPC (home theater). Really, the computer just runs Windows Media Center most of the time. The goal here is to push out the same picture to 3 monitors (possibly 4 in the future).
I know that you can only power 2 displays per video card, hence the reason for the second video card. All screens are running the same resolution (1920x1080). They use a variety of connections though (one uses VGA (with DVI to VGA adapter), one HDMI, and one DVI).

Windows will not let me duplicate the display on all three monitors. I can duplicate on two monitors, and "extend" onto the third, but no duplicate for all.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Greg
