    Possible problem with x800 pro

    Hello!

Windows 7 works fine on my computer but in the last few days, they started to appear some coloured points around the the menu buttons. It's better if I show you:

They are in the close buttons of the windows too!

It is possible that it is some kind of problem with the graphic card? It's an old Ati x800 pro 256 Mb GDDR3, from 2004. I didn't install any kind of drivers forum ati, and Pro Evolution Soccer 2009 runs fine.

    Thank you in advance

Edit: I found out that this only happens with Aero turned on.

Open up an Elevated CMD prompt and type: "sfc /scannow" to see if there are any bad files.

I've done that and it said that there is no error.

Turn Aero off. It isn't really supported on DX 9 cards anyway.

Also that card (and everything from the X19xx series down) will most likely never have a Windows 7 driver. In case you missed it all those cards have been relegated to legacy status,
