    problem with setting scrren resolution in w7-64 bbit os


    My monitor requires a 1366X780 setting, but I can't find one on the list. Is there any way I can set my own resolution? i recently baught a brand new compaq presario cq 62-112tu. can u plz show me d way to get better screen?

    Common Issues with Notebook Displays Compaq Presario CQ62-112TU Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (India - English)





    Change the display resolution in Windows To change the display resolution to the highest resolution, use the following actions.
    • In Windows 7 , click Start , click Control Panel , find the Appearance and Personalization area , and click Adjust Screen Resolution .


    • Move the slider bar until the highest resolution for the monitor is set, and click OK .
    • In Windows Vista , click Start , click Control Panel , find the Appearance and Personalization area , and click Adjust Screen Resolution .
      Move the slider bar until the highest resolution for the monitor is set, and click OK .
    • In Windows XP , click Start , click Settings , and then click Control Panel . Double-click the Display icon, and select the Settings tab.
      Move the slider bar until the highest resolution is set, and click OK .
    If the screen is still blurry, please contact an HP support technician for further assistance.

    Hi
    I am new to laptop.So please dont mind if it is a silly question.

    In the above link i am unable to find vedio drivers for my model.but graphic drivers are available. are the both same?
