    resolution problems


    hi just recently black boarders appearerd around my all side of my tv/monitor, i have onboard intel graphics ,tried uninstalling drivers,auto adjusting,played with the setting everything. do i need a new graphics card. tried on different monitor same thing

    Hello rolly,
    Very odd have you tried a restore point back when the screen was 100 percent? Try that and lets us know if it helps.

    the thing is i can't go back that far, should a fresh install do the trick or thats going to far

    Did you check the "Show other restore points" box? Bottom left of this window.

    yep did that my resolution should be 1360x760 60hz but it only shows 59 is that part of the problem im out of options graphics card says 60 tv says 59 ?

    I'm not sure what the problem is but it is video card and TV related.
    So a reinstall of Windows won't help.

    Tried to add this to my first post earlier and my keyboard quit working. I fixed that.

    Someone may come along with more answers. I'm just not sure what to tell you having onboard graphics.

    rolly, did you try a resolution setting below the 1360 x 760 to see if that fills the screen back?

    well yeah the boarder get thinner but still present. i even full screen no boarder setting the screen just flashes and thats it.
