Hello rolly,
Very odd have you tried a restore point back when the screen was 100 percent? Try that and lets us know if it helps.

I'm not sure what the problem is but it is video card and TV related.
So a reinstall of Windows won't help.

Tried to add this to my first post earlier and my keyboard quit working. I fixed that.

Someone may come along with more answers. I'm just not sure what to tell you having onboard graphics.

rolly, did you try a resolution setting below the 1360 x 760 to see if that fills the screen back?
