About the only things I would suggest are since you've found the capacitor try taking it to a electronics supplier (not a store) and see if they can match the one you have. And if so maybe they would fix it.
If you've already contacted XFX through their support ticket method chances are they're aware of the problem and won't honor your warranty.
The other would be to buy a broken card and hope that it failed not due to the capacitor you need and use it.
Unfortunately due to your location your options are limited compared to those of us in the U.S.
