Graphics Card not Detecting in MSI P6NGM-L

I have been using XFX-9500GT 1GB DDR2 for quite a long time. Recently it had stopped working and I have got my card replaced. Now my motherboard (MSI P6NGM-L) is not detecting the card. I have enabled it from my bios but no response. My built in vga is working.

What do I have to do now?

Please help me!

You may find the problem is with Motherboard slot, not the cards.

Try cleaning the dust out.
