real life I mean leaving like I walk away from my computer..
I know it's real life, do you go away for five minutes or an hour? Do you leave the game running while gone?
like 5 minutes then I leave the game running..
So you play the game, it plays fine, then you "leave" for five minutes and leave the game on. Then it gets choppy when you get back.
You might want to make sure that it's not your CPU that's overheating, or in your case, your GPU. Overheating can be caused by dust buildup, check your airflow in your computer, make sure it's free of dust buildup. We've yet to hear your results on that.
Also, tone down the graphic settings in Combat Arms, I've heard no results on that either.
There is no magical key combination that fixes everything, it requires a bit of work, we cannot help if you don't do what we think may be a problem, that does not decrease our possible problems.
Yeah I plan on getting a new one this weekend Newegg.com - AMD Phenom II X4 940 Black Edition Deneb 3.0GHz 4 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM2+ 125W Quad-Core Processor HDZ940XCJ4DGI - Processors - Desktops
Being only 14 is no reason not to know (or research and learn) about your system. I ask my kids every time they have a computer problem if they looked it up yet. But you're here, so you're on the right track.
Just from personal experience with friends' and family members' PCs, I'm guessing you've got at least a few programs running in the background while you play, your system probably has average cooling if that (if it's the OEM model you've listed), you're running (as stated by others) minimum hardware for the operating system you're using, and you're power supply is anemic at best (250w rated OEM). How full is your hard drive?
With the limited information about your system, my guess would be your system is either overheating, or you have too many programs running at once for the hardware/OS, your hard drive is at or near capacity (this is probably a stretch), or you're running the game with too much detail and/or too high resolution (although I just looked at the website, seems you should be relatively ok though, unless they've updated it heavily recently).
its not my hard drive theres like 400 gb free
Combat Arms is an online game - I bet Avast is running a trickle in the background..
- by trickle, I mean it's working "live" - keeping an eye on your system..
you may be able to switch it off temporarily
long time since I used Avast, but I seem to remember
that you can alter the settings to stop the trickle..
..just a thought..
as for cleaning - you gotta take the side panel off your PC to dust out the inside..

I use a 2-inch paintbrush to dust out the corners.. you need to take precautions, though - so read the guide I posted..
Once try by cleaning all the dust inside the cpu using small paint brush. That might help.
