Windows 7 - When I start a game it says "Mode not supported"

When I start a game it says "Mode not supported"

So I got a new HD 27-inch computer screen for X-mes.
I pluged it in and games, movies and basicly everything is good. But I'm having trouble running the game "Maple Story" (Yeah.. laugh as you want).

Anyway... When I start the game it says "Mode Not supported". So I figured this has somthing to do with the new screen since it worked great on the last one which was like 19 or 20 inch. My current resolution is 1920X1080. My GPU is Nvidia GTS 250.
Mafia 2, Counter-Strike and everything else is running great!
I have already tried to change the res' to a smaller one but still no good...

Hopefully you guys will manage to help me
Thank's in advance!

This should take care of the issue. Right click on Maple Story. GO to Properties then Compatibility tab. Then Check Run in Windows XP SP1. Try that see if it helps
