Windows 7 - Graphic card US?

Would you confirm the graphic card is U/S ?

what is it meant to look like? windows desktop?

My son brought it, to look at, !!!!!
Can't get into Bios, shows DOS screen, boots to XP screen then jumps to screen as picture.

Also sometimes it refuses to boot,

It looks like its toasty...and by that I mean it's no good. I've only had one card do this to me so far so I'm lucky. I've got 2X MSI GeForce 8800 GTS OC cards for sale and will put them on Ebay probably. If you're interested in a pretty good card, let me know. I'm upgrading to something much more powerful.

does the psu have enough 'oomph'?

By what I can find out its onboard graphics, but the board uses an AGP8 Card (empty slot), yes, it seems a bit long in the tooth.

I have 3 spare cards but they all have HDMI connectors, but I can get round that I have adapters.

But are they too advanced.?

Not checked PSU yet, but again I have a couple of spares.

Its destined for the great dustbin in the sky.M/B shot.
