ATI Mobility HD3470 Showing up as HD3450?

    The first, mine has always said 550mhz core and 400mhz memory in gpu-z under the graphics card tab in vista and now it does under win7. In the sensors tab mine says 249mhz core and 198mhz memory

    well then for some reason mine is much higher clocked than yours..

    I was just comparing your gpu-z stats with mine and it appears you have a newer bios version than mine, yours is v10.088... mine is v10.086... I wonder if there is anyway to update this so i can get your settings?

    you can only update your bios if ur laptops manufacturer has an update on their website im guessing. Give it a check..

    Nah i cant find anything about gpu bios, there is only motherboard bios updates.

    i thought u were talking about ur motherboard bios, either way im sure it wont make much of a difference in gaming.

    Anyway its great to hear u got ur drivers sorted out. I think we should let this thread die now lol

    Hi all. I have MSI-EX620 whit same grafic card Ati Mobility Radeon 3470 256MB DDR2 whit GPU clock 550Mhz and Memory 480Mhz default



    Why DaRonRon grafic card have that clock's becaus that grafic card's is whit GDDR3 memory and have GPU clock 680Mhz and Memory clock 800Mhz ... it's not problem whit bios its a difrent bettwen type of Memory DDR2 vs GDDR3 :)) Sorry for my English

    hi Daniel, to be honest i have no clue why we have different memory types. We are running the same hardware so im clueless.
