Update your DirectX to the latest version, here's the web installer.

Download details: DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer

After updating check if there are any errors, and report back

I'm sorry for the late reply. Before I download this, I checked on dxdiag,
I have directX Version: DirectX 11.

Do I have the latest one installed? Please correct me if I'm wrong, because when I clicked on that link you've provided, it says the version is 9.29.1973, is that also the same as DirectX 9? (Will that mean downgrade)?
