That would do just fine with the exception of one little problem. The description says PCI, but the picture is of a PCI-E card. Might want to double check that with the seller before making a bid on it. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Me OS Win 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Phenom II x4 955 @ 4 GHz. Ok thanks, I have just sent a question.
Do you know of any other cards that will do the job for around £20? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40Ghz Memory 2.00GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) Monitor(s) Displays 1 x LG 22" Internet Speed Virgin 50meg (sorry, I meant UPTO 50meg) |

I've just had another thought... How does a splitter deal with resolutions? Will both monitors on the splitter have to be on the same res? | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40Ghz Memory 2.00GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) Monitor(s) Displays 1 x LG 22" Internet Speed Virgin 50meg (sorry, I meant UPTO 50meg) |

Yes, the VGA splitter will do exactly the same as one VGA cable, the only thing is that the splitter, well, splits the signal into 2 monitors.. but it'll display the same image on both let's say you're playing a video in fullscreen mode, both monitors will show the video in fullscreen... | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by Myself OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit) CPU Intel Core i5-2310 @ 2.90GHz Motherboard MSI PH67A-C43 (B3) Memory Kingston KVR 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 @ 1333MHz Graphics Card PNY XLR8 GTX 560 Ti 1GB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio (ALC 892) Monitor(s) Displays LG W2353V-PF Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 (HDMI) Keyboard Logitech MK320 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Logitech MK320 Wireless Mouse PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 575w Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Case Cooler Master CM Storm Enforcer Cooling Thermaltake Frío, CM MegaFlow 200mm (2), CM 120mm (1) Hard Drives Samsung HD502HJ (500GB), ExcelStor J8080S (80GB) Internet Speed dl: 1024kbps, ul: 512kbps |

Yeh I know this, but I meant could I set the correct res for the 32" and another res for the 22"? I'm assuming I cant but you never know! | My System Specs | | OS Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit CPU Intel Pentium D CPU 3.40Ghz Memory 2.00GB Graphics Card NVIDIA GeForce 7600 GS (Microsoft Corporation - WDDM) Monitor(s) Displays 1 x LG 22" Internet Speed Virgin 50meg (sorry, I meant UPTO 50meg) |

Ohhhh good point, well... if the 2 monitors have the same resolution, well, there's no problem, but if the 2 monitors have different resolutions, then i guess it's not possible, because if you change resolution on (let's say...) monitor 1, it'll do the same with the 2nd monitor, since it's a mirrored image, was i clear enough? hehe | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Built by Myself OS Windows 7 Ultimate SP1 (64-bit) CPU Intel Core i5-2310 @ 2.90GHz Motherboard MSI PH67A-C43 (B3) Memory Kingston KVR 16GB (4 x 4GB) DDR3 @ 1333MHz Graphics Card PNY XLR8 GTX 560 Ti 1GB GDDR5 Sound Card Realtek HD Audio (ALC 892) Monitor(s) Displays LG W2353V-PF Screen Resolution 1920 x 1080 (HDMI) Keyboard Logitech MK320 Wireless Keyboard Mouse Logitech MK320 Wireless Mouse PSU Thermaltake Toughpower XT 575w Modular 80 PLUS Bronze Case Cooler Master CM Storm Enforcer Cooling Thermaltake Frío, CM MegaFlow 200mm (2), CM 120mm (1) Hard Drives Samsung HD502HJ (500GB), ExcelStor J8080S (80GB) Internet Speed dl: 1024kbps, ul: 512kbps |

If you do you will have to use this driver for both, ForceWare Release 95
as there is zero Windows 7 support for any FX5xxx series card, as Nvidia dropped support for it a long time ago. | My System Specs | | System Manufacturer/Model Number Me OS Win 7 Ultimate x64 CPU Phenom II x4 955 @ 4 GHz.
