9.6 CCC ATI Overide memory clock

Why can't i push the memory clock up to 1100mhz? Currently using single 4870 Palit Dual Edition on my other rig. I'm pretty sure it can go up to 1100mhz on vista?

Switch at the back of the card is set to turbo..

Any ideas guys?

My friend's overdrive is up to 1100mhz using CC 9.6 and windows 7 7100 32bit..

It may vary on differents brands' cards.
