ok im had a similar problem in vista, i fond i had the problem whilst connecting to a network and playing games/videos etc... Try updating your graphics drivers or reinstalling them if they are new, and as unrelated it may seem if you are using a wifi card try updating or reinstall its driver. This seemed to work for me in vista but after a month or so it would start doing it again. Strangely enough i have never had the problem in win7.

Sorry if this doesn't help its just a suggestion from my past experiences..

Other than when you open a pic file screen is normal? what are you using to open these files? windows media player?
Another thing could you use the snipping tool to grab pictures they are smaller so will save you time uploading and us time when trying to view them.

We could also use all of your computer specs

Thanks and welcome to sevenforums

Your english is fine, not to worry. first thing you should try is to openthe files with something other than photo viewer. do you have something on your computer to open them?
