Foxconn P4M800P7MB-RS2H vga problem

    Haven't-tested the games on XP, uhm I have an Ati Readeon R9550 256mb and 2gig ram and 3.0ghz and all the games lag like hell. What could be the prob?

    Didn't say you had a Radeon 9550, I assumed you were using the onboard video. Now that I know that there is the last Vista driver for it,

    ATI Catalyst

    which would probably help. Before installing that download the last Vista chipset driver for the motherboard,

    as an installed and working AGP driver (not to be confused with the video car driver) is required for the video card driver to install and function properly. Once that is installed then install the ATI driver.

    Give that a try and see how the games run (should also get Aero working). With the age of most of those games you listed that card should be enough to play most of them on at least medium settings.

    The direct driver doesn't work it says "can't find the proper component for the platform".

    Thanks stormy you safe the day that driver works 100% he can jam games now thanx uhm I have another problem now with a other computer wondering if you might help me with that also please?

    That means the built in Windows AGP driver is enough for the ATI driver to install and work. Guess it also means you're not looking for another card.

    As for another problem, I will if I can. Be a good idea to start another thread for it though.
