Nvidia 3d vision information

Hi,

Can anyone help me with the information. I want to buy a Nvidia 3d vision, will it work with all the information given below.

I have a desktop with
Gigabyte motherboard model - GA-G31M-ES2C,
Graphic card - Geforce 9400 GT
processor - Intel(R) Core(TM)2 Duo CPU E7400 @ 2.80GHz

As to your question as to whether 3D Vision will work with your computer, not according to here,

3D Vision Requirements

You need at least a 9600 GT, your 9400 GT won't cut it as it is just too slow for that sort of thing. Also you need a compatible monitor, see the list at the above link.
