Blinking elements after reinstall Windows 7

First, sorry for my English.
I had to reinstall Windows 7 Home Premium x64 a few days ago. Everything is OK, but I have one small problem with menus, tabs and other explorer elements. For example, when I right-click on desktop (or wherever), text and small icons in menu under my cursor fastly disappear and appear again. Simirarly with window tabs or e.g. in "Open with" window. This effect is exactly the same when I refesh desktop icons (but it's normal).
Of course, I have installed all drivers, DirectX etc. Explorer.exe is OK, no viruses. Earlier, I didn't have this problem. Any solutions?
