    windows 7 graphic card?

    Hi guys..

So currently i'm running windows vista and windows 7.. I was about to remove windows vista so i only had windows 7. But then i discovered something..
In windows 7 i can only set screen resolution to 1000x738(or something like that)
And in windows vista the max is 1365x748) OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT..

Why can't i max it out in windows 7?

    Help please

Without any specs, details etc it makes it hard to be certain, but I'd say the issue lies solely with the video driver.

(Does 1366x768 sound a bit 'like that'? )

Is this a notebook or desktop?

Do you know what display adapter you have ie Nvidia, ATI or integrated Intel?

If you do, you should download the latest drivers from the respective manufacturers, alternatively Windows Update should provide you with a driver.

I assume you have checked the Windows display options?

    (r-click desktop >Personalize > Display > Adjust Resolution )

    And checked the slider:
