Don't try beta drivers, not at least we are sure which build takes finally the WHQL.

Eh, I've been using the 190.15s for a while now, and they seem pretty solid to me, aside from always wanting to run 3D Vision mode. I don't see any reason right now to drop back down into the 180s.
