Intel Graphics color saturation flaw
I have a really annoying problem that happens every time my computer wakes up from hibernation or stand-by. The problem is that everytime it wakes, the saturation switches back to its default settings, then of coarse I have to open it and fix it everytime I want some descent color so I can watch a movie. So I did a little research...
Here is intels take on the issue;
Graphics — Color corrections reset after hibernation or sleep
and thats it, no reason, no fix, only nada! Pure lousy of them I must say, especially the part saying that no third party program can fix this because the graphics card has complete control over windows color management. At least they tell you it can't be fixed though instead of telling me the problem and letting me run around like a headless chicken.
This applies to these cards incase anyone else curious to figure out is having these problems;
Intel® 82810 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82815 Graphics Controller
Intel® 82830M Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82852/82855 Graphics Controller Family
Intel® 82865G Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82915G/82910GL Express Chipset Family
Intel® 82945G Express Chipset
Intel® 82946GZ Graphics Controller
Intel® 82G965 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82Q963 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® 82Q965 Graphics and Memory Controller Hub (GMCH)
Intel® B43 Express Chipset
Intel® G31 Express Chipset
Intel® G33 Express Chipset
Intel® G35 Express Chipset
Intel® G41 Express Chipset
Intel® G43 Express Chipset
Intel® G45 Express Chipset
Intel® Graphics Media Accelerator 3150 (Intel® GMA 3150)

Mobile Intel® 4 Series Express Chipset Family
Mobile Intel® 915GM/GMS, 910GML Express Chipset Family
Mobile Intel® 945GM Express Chipset Family
Mobile Intel® 965 Express Chipset Family
So obviously they won't address the issue, which really makes me mad that they would let something so little and annoying be a flaw on so many generations and never address the issue when they state themselves they know about it! Yet they still will not do anything to fix it. To this date the newest of chipsets they make have this flaw with no expressed or said intention to fix this.
But if by some weird chance they do happen to address this, or if someone knows how, please let me know! Thanks!
P.S. Screw you intel!
