Two Matrox Parhelia AGP+PCI Windows 7

I've got two different graphic cards installed on my ASUS P4C800E-Deluxe.
1 Parhelia 256MB AGP and 1 on PCI.
I've also 3 Philips 22" monitors connected: 2 on the PCI graphic card and 1 on the AGP.

On Windows XP I can extend the desktop on all the 3 monitors.

Windows 7 (ultimate) detect the 2 graphic cards but switch on only one monitor for each one.

    May anybody help me, please?

    I've an old PC.
But it works and is perfect for me:
    ASUS P4C800E-DeLuxe
    4GB Corsair TwinX RAM
    Pentium IV 3.2 Extreme Edition
Matrox Parhelia 256MB PCI (2 monitors)
Matrox Parhelia 256MB AGP (1 monitor)
    Matrox RTX100-Pro
    3 x Monitor Philips 202P4 (22"CRT - I've also another one that I've to connect)
2 x 150GB SATA HD in RAID 0 (System XP)
    1 x 85GB EIDE HD (System Windows 7)
2 x 120GB SATA HD RAID 0 (Video editing with Matrox RTX100 Pro)
    2 x DVD-RW External USB
    1 x DVD-RW External Firewire
    1 external HD USB 500GB
    1 x external HD USB 2TB
Creative External DSP and Creative 7+1 Audio speakers

Windows XP Professional SP3 (extended desktop 5760x1440)
    Windows 7 32 bit SP1

I've downloaded drivers for Vista. I thought they were ok.
Wath I cannot understand is why the second monitor on the PCI Parhelia doesn't go on in Windows 7.
It works fine in Windows XP

Works in XP because there is a fully working chipset driver for the motherboard, for Windows 7 it is probably making do with whatever default drivers that Windows installs; the big one being the AGP/GART part of the chipset which is required for an AGP card to work properly.

May or may not help but start with this,

Be a good idea to uninstall the video card drivers beforehand, and then re-install if the chipset update installs/updates.

    It does'n work.
I've uninstalled the Matrox driver and I've updated the Intel Chipset Software.
    But nothing have changed!
The secon monitor connected to the Parhelia don't want to switch on.
    I must solve this problem!

    Another question:
Where can I find Audio driver for Sound Max on ASUS P4C800E-DeLuxe for Windows 7?
