DVI, no post video
Solved, but wanted to share.
Desktop used to display POST video from moment of power on, using DVI connection on monitor. Video did display during Windows 7 startup. No other discrepancies.
Solution: Replaced DVI cable with VGA cable. Boot computer, F2 into BIOS. Examine settings, SAVE and Exit. Complete booting into windows.
Power down computer, swap back to the DVI cabling.
Power up computer, now had POST video via DVI.
Might of just been the re-seating of cabling.
