cant switch from integrated graphics

    From that picture that isn't onboard graphics, that means you haven't installed the driver for the video card yet.

    Back to Device Manager and the properties for the card. click on the Details tab, scroll to Hardware IDs and post back what it shows there.

    @ imeem, there is no onboard graphics on his motherboard, so there is nothing to disable.

    and this is what keeps coming up in the driver part, i have tried the drivers from the respective websites too but they say there is no hardware there to match

    That's the basic driver that Windows 7 installs to give you functionality.
    But, your motherboard doesn't have on board graphics.
    With on board graphics, you don't have to install a graphics card.

    Before we go any further here, is this a legit copy of Windows? Reason for asking is that the product ID showing in one of your screen shots is a known one for one of the illegal/pre-activated versions floating around,

    Your computer wouldn't happen to be from HP would it as that is usually what that product ID shows up on?
