Most likely, just DDR. (not 2 or 3)

Look for PC3200 or DDR400 (same thing, different labels)

***EDIT***
Hmm... checking the web for your mainboard's specs (P4M266-8233) is is coming up with PC133 RAM as being compatible. That's a generation before DDR RAM... We'll need to verify the type of RAM you can use... PC133 is getting hard to find, and is starting to get pretty salty in price...

yeah that's right DDR 3200 -2800 but as quoted above DDR pc-3200-400mhz is the fastest you will be able to get

if you get a PCI card make sure it isn't PCI-e BIG DIFFERENCE !

different bus type alltogether ,I would just stick to that AGP card you wanted to order should do you fine

by the way if you want a better card this is the card i used back in the day i gave it to a friend but it is still a top of the line card and plays pretty decent and newer games http://www.tigerdirect.com/applicati...427&CatId=2234
