Unless there is an option in either the bios or the Intel graphics control panel, you can't as Intel graphics uses dynamic memory,

and isn't user configurable.

The fact the an internal GFX card uses dynamic memory means that as the system needs more video memory it will allocate it. It won't assign it if it's not needed. Try running a video intense app and see if the allocation has increased.

Dedicate more memory to graphics?
I dont have a great graphics card, and it is integrated into my motherboard and uses a percentage of my RAM. I was just wondering if it is possible to dedicate more of my RAM to my graphics since i never use all of it anyway? I know this sounds kind of stupid but my mind wanders on occasion.

I am asking because I need like 70 MB more memory on the graphics card for GTA IV, so the textures will stop disappearing. I know this would most...
