how i can improve my inbuilt graphics memory

How can i use atleast 500mb graphics memory(inbult)...

Unless there is an option in either the bios or the Intel graphics control panel, you can't as Intel graphics uses dynamic memory,

Max grap memory avalible is 812 MB,how can i utilize atlease 50% of avalibe(812MB) memory...

like stormy said, use the BIOS to adjust VRAM.

The fact the an internal GFX card uses dynamic memory means that as the system needs more video memory it will allocate it. It won't assign it if it's not needed. Try running a video intense app and see if the allocation has increased.
