Hello cocometator, welcome to the forum
Problem 1. The Radeon HD 5770 needs an external power source (6pin) which would usually come from the PSU, (the one I bought came with an adaptor cable allowing the use of two of the old type 4 pin HDD power cables)
Problem 2. You need a PSU with a recommended power output of 500w with a 12v current rating of 40 amp
Problem 3. You need to have a minimum 2GB RAM
Solve the problems and it should work yes.
You will probably have to make a change in the BIOS to switch off the onboard graphic and you may also have to update your chipset drivers
I hope this helps
Thanks for the help!
If you get it running you will find this to be an amazing value. This is the card I'm running and it's staggering on my 27" hd tv/monitor display which will be replaced one day with two 23"-24" led monitors then a third added after that.....wicked.
