Windows 7: Black Screen Issue

Hey guys, having a strange problem. Specs are in my profile. I'll load a game, get into the menu fine. When I actually load into the game, I'll get a black screen. Looks like its going to crash, but then the game loads back up and it performs like it is supposed to (150~ fps average in most games with no hitching) Something to note: The card I'm using now (GTX 560 Ti) was to replace a (GTX 460) that was getting constant BSOD code 116's related to dxgkrnl.sys and nvddmkm.sys, not to mention constant driver failures leading to system crashes and purple screens, as well as inability to reboot into windows under anything that wasn't VGA or Safe Mode. I recently replaced the PSU, and this is a new graphics card. I've previously stress tested the RAM. No issues. Overheating isn't an issue either, the hottest the 460 has ever gotten was 65C and the 560 was about the same. My CPU under load gets to maybe 45-46C. Could it be that my motherboard is slowly giving out?
