I've noticed that it happends with only 3 special scrensavers now it works well.

I couldn't say specifically that it includes the 9800GTX, just that I've seen more than a few posts here and in some other forums about the 9800GT and Win 7. Like you, however, I've had no problems with my 9800GT (or my previous 8600GT or 7600GT cards). nVidia has been a good choice for me overall.
