How to install 9.7 leaked ATI drivers on X64 Windows 7

Is there some sort of trick i'm missing? I used compatibility mode, and tried the "have disc" trick under device manager with no success.

Interested as well, when I try to install 9.6 it says that 9.5 is the latest version. Might be due to my mbo and chipset though. But the chipset is the latest for it.
