I received my 2 Samsung BX2431 LED monitors today, hooked them up, installed drivers
. And now after wasting an hour on finding out that I had to do scaling on my card in the AMD Vision control center to get rid of the black bands, I still am left with the problem that one monitor is whiter than the other. I had two different white windows open to compare on my second monitor has a yellow tint to it. Far enough to be bothersome. From what I can tell, my first monitor is fine as is.
All of the settings are exactly the same for both of the monitors. I switched the cables on each to see if that made any difference, and I even changed which DVI port I was using for them. It seems that one just is insistent upon being yellow.
Is there any way that I can fix this issue? I don't have very much knowledge in dabbling with the colors of monitors. It's not as simple as just turning the yellow down. Or is this a permanent issue that cannot be resolved?
