    I use an old HP Compaq dc 7100 SFF with W7. My NVidia video card just packed up so now I have to use the integrated one. The standard W7 VGA driver supports the integrated video adapter but only allows for poor resolution (upto 1024 x 768 I think). Search for sp34749 got me a driver which allows 1920 x 1080. Install it. This results in a warning that it's not compatible with W7. Then use Manage devices for Display adapters to "update driver software..." and browse to C:\swsetup\sp34749
