Help with hardware acceleration win 7 ult. 32bit

[B]
Hi, please could some one help me out with this.
Im having problems playing videos in full screen online. Im trying to turn off the hardware acceleration but I cant get to it. Tried in control panel and the properties tab i need to click is shadowed out.
the grapics is nvidia, so tried to use the nvidia control panel and I cant find any menus about hardware acceleration

everthings updated and codecs are sorted.

Its only happened since I changed from vista, to 7 ultimate.

If anyone could help me out with finding the hardware acceleration menu in Nvidia control panel, or has any other suggestions in getting better quality videos without the stuttering and the sync being out, Id be grateful. Also the videos are like half my sceen size when I click full screen. would like it to cover my whole screen.

Thanks in advance

Kris
