nvlddmkm bsod - Nvidia 9800 GT
Hello everyone, I'm glad I found this forum, I hope you can help with such annoying problem I've been dealing with for this long.
A couple of months ago I upgraded my graphics card to an XFX 9800 GT and my PSU to a Corsair TX650w in order too handle the card. I thought everything was perfect til' I got this message of "nvlddmkm. sys stopped working..." while playing MW2. I started having this message everytime I played any game on my pc, so I started looking for a solution to it. Nothing has worked so far, nothing, nor installing any driver, nor using OCCT, nor using Driver Sweeper to install latest Nvidia driver. Nothing. The only thing that seemed to worked was installing Riva Tuner and turning up the card's fan speed, but it only lasted about a week or so without having the nvlddmkm message. I know it has nothing to do with temperature, OCCT show nothing about that subject; I know it's not memory, I ran memtest overnight several times and nothing; I know it's not my power supply, wich is practially new. I'm really desperate, nothing seems to work to solve this problem, and last week I just got my first BSOD while using Google Earth (Google Earth for Christ's sake). Here there are my PC specs and the minidump file. Any help will be much appreciated, I'm about to shoot my pc with my 12 gauge. Thank you.
