GeForce 9800 Gt Question

This is a question for my friend, who's computer i dont have access to but am trying to help him over the net.

He just recently installed Windows 7RC 64bit on a fresh hd and computer he had built and is trying to install WoW. He keeps getting this error

"C:\Users\Public\Documents\Blizzard Entertainment\World of Warcraft Installer\Installer Tome 3.mpq" could not be opened, because an error 2 occurred. If this problem persists, please contact Blizzard Technical Support. (MPQFile::OpenFromArchive)

He said the game is trying to use the Graphics card on his Mobo and device manager isn't recognizing his graphics card he installed in this machine. I'm pretty sure he used it on the last pc he built. Any specific reasoning for this?

Check in the bios that the onboard video is DISabled, and pci graphics is ENabled.

This was his reply to the above

I see none of those options. I do see these though...

Chipset > Internal Graphics then I see..

"Options Under Primary Video Controller:

GFXO-GPP-IGFX-PCI
GPP-GFXO-IGFX-PCI
PCI-GFXO-GPP-IGFX
IGFX-GFXO-GPP-PCI

Now under that, there's this:

DisplayPort Config: Enabled, Auto, or Disabled. (3 options I can choose) Says something about PCI-E 16X slot in the summary when I highlight this option.
