GeForce 310M Phsyx, etc.
I have a question about physx here:
I was told in these forums before that (the cannot find the thread) enabling phsyx does not increase performance. I said otherwise based on my experience, but of course the logic is sound in that disabling physx leads to better performance.
However, in my control panel, i am only provided with two options, where:
enabling would allow gpu acceleration
disabling meas that physx calculations will be performed by the CPU.
What am I (and perhaps others) to do in order to actually disable physx, rather than just enabling/disabling GPU physx acceleration?
Secondly, I am curious about what hardwaremonitor is telling me when the GPU engine and controller exceeds 100%. In some cases, after playing a game, I am told that one of them will even exceed 1000 percent... could someone clarify on this?
