Well apparently what the issue was, is that since this is an EVGA card and not a Nvidia direct manufacture, the card wants the EVGA Precision program running if i'm going to run anything and not Nvidia's system tools. Also there was some belief from people on EVGA forums it might have been a
driver corruption/conflict issue when I updated
drivers about 3 versions ago.
Now that I used DriverSweeper and the latest version drivers, and am using only EVGA Precision, the problem seems to have resolved itself as far as getting high temps and the card fan not auto increseing RPM to compensate.
