6800 SLI Windows 7 Issue

I have 2 6800GT's in my system. Windows 7 x64 build 7600 detects them both, but in the Nvidia Control panel I don't even get the option to enable SLI. I've tried the same in windows 7 32-bit Build 7201 to no avail. SLI works perfectly in Windows XP. I am using 186.18 drivers. Any Help is appreciated.

Is it necessary for me to update my AMD Radeon HD 6800 Now?
I play games sometimes on the weekend. The fan of card is a bit noisy. And the temperature reached 70*c wille playing nearly all the games. Is it high or not? Should I replace the fan or the card? If I sell the video card now, how much is it worth? It still looks like a new card. :D
