First, you're going to have to help us figure out what a, "Tosinv" is? Where did you buy the machine? What's the make and model number?

Googling Tosinv doesn't lead me anywhere... and (just a guess), there is no SB 600 on Toshiba's site.

    What are we dealing with?

This is the graphics driver that Toshiba has on it's site for your laptop: Model Content Page

Oops... looks like links redirect you back to their main download page. You'll have to go there and enter in the values yourself.

Refine your search by Operating System, Windows 7 32-bit, then by Catagory, display.

You have an ATI card (radeon), so pick the ATI/AMD drivers. Download and install them. When you're done, download and unzip GPU-Z; this will give you detailed information about which specific video chip/card you have. Once you find out, then go to AMD's site and download the latest set of drivers.

It's possible that the Toshiba site doesn't have the latest drivers.
