ATi Radeon HD 5770 is a very good mid range card and is fairly cheap too.

Going from past experience from helping a guy from Pakistan....You budget would be about $60.... the best I can find in that range is either a 5570 or a GT430....

You'd do well to check the maximum loading on your power supply, because that may restrict which card you can buy without updating the power supply as well.

A 5770 will do what you want it to but you need to check on the side of your power supply as to how many amps are going to the rails. 450watts is ample for that card but you will need to have around 30/36 amps going to the rail , make sure yours meets these requirements as a weak psu can cripple your whole system, terminally.

The 5570 spec's call for a 400 watt PSU....so you should be good....
