Nvidia does not at this time have a single GPU card that can run 3 monitors. For what that card goes for,

if you time it right and catch the GTX 460 on sale, you can get at least 2 of them if not 3 for the same price.
When those cards came no you couldn't. Nvidia finally enabled it in the drivers, but no idea if it will work with cards that old.
As mentioned these cards are retired (Artifacts) Just kept as souvenirs. Do Nvidia make ganged cards that would still fit in my case?
