    Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family

Hi guys! I have this problem on a Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family. I have windows 7 ultimate on Pentium 4, 1gb of ram. display resolution 1024x768. The problem is that i use windows live messenger and since a time i can't use it anymore. I mean in video call. I used to use it normally but now i can't =\. When i start a call it says "Your video card driver does not support the video call feature. Please try a voice call instead." I update java, reinstalled msn, reinstalled the video driver, i've done everything possible!! can someone tell what's wrong?? Thanks

I suggest giving this intel tool a go
Intel® Driver Update Utility for graphics drivers
From what I'm seeing you may be using outdated chipset and video drivers.

Let's do something quick and easy just to verify the integrity of your windows core files
SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker

Once that has passed try again, you may want to use IE ...that's what intel would have written the tool for.

At most that Intel update utility will tell you that the 915G is unsupported and for Windows 7 to install the last XP driver. There are no Windows 7 drivers for it as Intel never made one as they dropped all support for it a while ago,

Used to work? Did you by chance upgrade to the newest version of Messenger and it worked in the older version or you mean it worked in XP?
