Help with FPS issue

    Well let's try this again.

    ATI Catalyst
    Go there, click the 'individual downloads' tab.
    And install using that installer.
    Still the lines and stuff. Really does sound like overheating.

    I wouldn't dare do such a thing especially the casing around the card being plastic

    Right click on desktop -> Catalyst Control Panel -> Software? (I'm not sure where to do from here, try clicking on the "software" or "about" panels.)
