Now it could be the OS'es 64-bit workings that might have a flaw, when was the last time you updated your OS?

so im just trying diffrent things and this could be the problem ill keep it to one topic
You're right, that is the problem. Like I told you your other thread you can only use the AMD driver from HP, and that is from a clean install of Windows. It will not work with the reference Intel or AMD drivers. You might be able to find a modded set somewhere, but I wouldn't try one of those unless it has been confirmed by others to actually work.

Once you start trying "every driver possible", that is when things start to go wrong. Unless you're re-installing Windows every time you try a different driver, restoring a clean Windows image or using System Restore to go back to before you start trying different drivers, no matter how careful you are with removing the other drivers things can and do get left behind.

This one and this one only,

AMD High-Definition Graphics Driver HP Pavilion dv6-3073ca Entertainment Notebook PC - HP Customer Care (Canada - English)

And make good and sure that you do not let Windows install any driver for either Intel or AMD graphics.
