Windows 7: need new card

hi guys, i need help choosing a gpu for my htpc. i dont play games its just for watching & streaming video. my setup is gigabyte 880GM UD2H w/integrated raedon hd4200, athlon II X4 635, 8gb ram, 500w psu (no pcie power). i have a 52 samsung and the integrated gpu was fine, but i know it can look better. so can anyone recommend one or a few so i can make a decision? there are some many different models n numbers that it became a lil overwhelming. i dont wanna choose something that would not get me much more than what i have but i also dont want to overkill.

Do you need a low profile card, and what is your budget?

no low profile for this machine, but if u can recommend one too that will be great. it would be for the kids machine to their 32 tv. for mine my budget is $100 max since it's not for gaming.

thx, I was actually looking at that Asus and this xfx since it's a single slot. I guess this isn't overkill for my needs

is there a noticeable difference between ddr3 and gddr5???
