Haven't you received a manual with your product?
I'm sure you can find something in the index.

If you obtained a manual, go to the index and look for keywords like (HDD, hard drive, etc...)

Hardware t%l and 3D Problem HELP

No idea what he is doing wrong but have a feeling that Windows Update is still snaking in a driver update that it shouldn't, and that it is breaking how the switchable graphics is supposed to work. As for the actual model number of his laptop,

Windows based drivers suck, you'll be better off using the manufacturers version, it unlocks the hardwares full potential.

If you wandering what im doing ill tell you the full story

Right the problem isnt hardware t&l or 3d i realised this because if i didnt have these the game im trying to play wouldnt even start because they are required
    so i crossed that out

ive tried every driver possible so im certain this isnt the problem either

so im just trying diffrent things and this could be the problem ill keep it to one topic this time though.
