Despite what some are saying there's no guarantee that you'll get a new card. They only have to send you one that works. And if you read the fine print of the warranty agreement it'll say something like that.
I feel your pain/anger as I've been there before - I got stuck with a refurbished TV tuner after my new one failed 2 months down the road. In the end I had to suck it up and be stuck with it but it never gave me a problem.
Anyway I dumped that company, only to find out from another company's support section that this is standard practice
I’m just saying this be because if they think you’re gaming the system they’ll cut you off.
