Have you connected the SLI bridge? ie, are the 2 cards connected to each other?

Go to NVIDIA control panel and make sure SLI is enabled.

    The SLI bridge looks like:

ASUS P5N-T Deluxe nVidia nForce 780i SLI Motherboard Review - PCSTATS.com

It is NOT connected to your SATA ports on your motherboard.

It is connected to your two video cards:

NVIDIA Quad-SLI with the ASUS EN9800GX2 - HotHardware

Your SLI bridge should come with your motherboard or sometimes it comes withe video card.
